Threemilestone
were missing some key players for their 2nd game of the season
and the reshuffled side struggled in the early stages of
the game. Mousehole went ahead after 15 minutes when a long
ball over the defence was picked up by the away team striker,
who chipped the advancing keeper. Marc Taylor levelled a
minute before half time, powerfully heading in a Anthony
Caddy corner.
Fifteen minutes into the second
half Daniel Taylor scored from the penalty spot, after he
had been pulled back as he ran between two defenders. Despite
almost constant pressure for the remaining half hour TMS
were unable to add to their lead, mainly due to some good
saves from the Mousehole keeper.
